Comprehensive outpatient services with an emphasis on whole-person care

Primary Care

Comprehensive primary care including chronic disease management, preventive screenings, annual wellness visits, and acute care. We coordinate with specialists and manage complex medication regimens.

OBAT / MAT (Addiction Treatment)

Office-based addiction treatment with buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol) for opioid use disorder. Structured program with regular follow-ups, UDS monitoring, and counseling referrals.

Behavioral Health

Outpatient behavioral health services including therapy and psychiatric evaluation. Integrated care model that coordinates behavioral health with primary care and substance use treatment as needed.
